Esta investigación indaga en las transformaciones y tensiones que surgen a partir de las demandas en búsqueda de una igualdad de género en el Club Atlético Boca Juniors. Partiendo del relato de mujeres que trabajan activamente en el ámbito institucional, el estudio se propone describir y analizar las formas de participación de las mujeres en el club, teniendo en cuenta no sólo su inserción en cargos formales sino también la sociabilidad cotidiana y su activismo. Asimismo, busca identificar los obstáculos y las violencias que enfrentan las mujeres en la institución en tanto espacio masculinizado y examinar las acciones que implementa el club en tanto políticas de género. La tesis visibiliza la historia de participación y de lucha de las mujeres, el nacimiento de un protocolo de prevención y acción y la creación de un departamento donde canalizar las demandas en torno a la violencia de género. La metodología de esta tesis es de tipo cualitativa. Para la construcción de los datos se realizaron entrevistas y observación participante. Complementariamente se incluye el análisis de documental de distintas fuentes.This research aims to learn about the implementation of gender policies within Club Atlético Boca Juniors, investigating the transformations and tensions that arise from the demands in search of gender equality. Starting from the narratives of women actively involved in the institutional sphere, this study aims to describe and analyze women's participation in the club, taking into account not only their involvement in formal positions but, also, their everyday sociability and activism. It also seeks to identify the obstacles and violence perpetuated to women within an institution that’s mostly masculinized, and question the club’s gender policies. This thesis brings to life the history of women's participation and fight for their rights, the establishment of a prevention and action protocol, and the creation of a department that addresses gender-based violence demands. The methodology of this thesis is qualitative. For the data-collection, several interviews took place as well as participant observation. Additionally, there's documentary analysis utilized from various sources.
