dc.description	La acción colectiva transnacional en defensa del aborto voluntario, conocida como la “marea verde” desde finales de 2017, llegó para quedarse y ha llamado la atención de los medios de comunicación, de los estudios académicos y de los Gobiernos. El surgimiento de este fenómeno, vigente y en movimiento, es estudiado y analizado desde diversos enfoques que han enriquecido su comprensión. Sin embargo, poco se ha explorado desde la perspectiva analítica de la gobernanza regional como marco para conocer la injerencia de dicho fenómeno en los procesos de negociación de reglas. The transnational collective action in defense of voluntary abortion, known as the “green tide” since the end of 2017, is here to stay and has attracted the attention of the media, academics, and governments. The emergence of this phenomenon, current and in movement, has been studied and analyzed from various perspectives that have enriched our understanding of it. However, it has not been explored much from the analytical perspective of regional governance, as a framework to consider the influence of this phenomenon on rule negotiation processes.	es_ES
