La investigación que sigue es sobre las pedagogías de las drogas, es decir, sobre los saberes y dispositivos que el sistema educativo argentino produjo desde sus inicios para abordar la problemática en la escuela. El objetivo de la tesis es describir, analizar y comprender el currículum sobre las drogas y las formas en que esos conocimientos, discursos y dispositivos pedagógicos regulan, tensionan e interpelan las prácticas, representaciones e imaginarios de docentes y alumnos. Para comprender los mecanismos de pedagogización de los saberes sobre las drogas será necesario analizar los procesos sociales, políticos, culturales y económicos que contribuyeron en la construcción del uso de drogas como un problema público que demanda saberes específicos y la implementación de dispositivos de control; comprender cómo las políticas públicas de gobierno del uso de drogas contribuyeron a la conformación de identidades individuales y sociales estigmatizadas a las que se privó de derechos y libertades en nombre de la salud pública; e indagar las posiciones críticas y las resistencias a las categorías gnoseológica y los dispositivos de control provenientes de distintos campos sociales y de los propios usuarios. Conviene aclarar que las tramas sociales y políticas que enmarcaron la producción las pedagogías de las drogas, en sus distintas etapas de conformación, son comprendidas, según la perspectiva sociológica de la tesis, cómo las condición de posibilidad de construcción de la problemática y no como el telón de fondo donde se desarrolla una serie infinita de dramas individuales. Es por eso que se investigó la problemática con la hipótesis de que los saberes y dispositivos escolares sobre las drogas se articularon con los procesos pedagógicos de conformación de la ciudadanía. Para responder a los objetivos de la investigación se realizó un estudio de caso. Como el estudio obedece a una lógica sincrónica-diacrónica la estrategia de recolección de datos se desglosó en dos partes. En primer lugar, y con el objetivo de comprender las continuidades y rupturas de las pedagogías de las drogas, se hizo una genealogía a través de la revisión de fuentes documentales como diseños curriculares, publicaciones educativas, programas educativos, protocolos y guías de intervención escolar, leyes, proyectos de ley, manuales específicos de distintos organismos estatales y libros producidos en distintos campos. Para investigar la problemática en la actualidad se hicieron observaciones y entrevistas a directivos, docentes y miembros de equipos de orientación escolar en dos escuelas secundarias del conurbano de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Complementariamente se hicieron entrevistas a profesionales del sistema de salud público que abordan la problemática con el fin de sumar información proveniente de las articulaciones entre los efectores de salud y las escuelas.The research that follows is about drug pedagogies, that is, about the knowledge and devices that the Argentine educational system produced from its beginnings to address the problem in school. The objective of the thesis is to describe, analyze and understand the drug curriculum and the ways in which this knowledge, discourse and pedagogical devices regulate, stress and challenge the practices, representations and imaginaries of teachers and students. To understand the mechanisms of pedagogization of knowledge about drugs, it will be necessary to analyze the social, political, cultural and economic processes that contributed to the construction of drug use as a public problem that demands specific knowledge and the implementation of control devices; understand how government public policies on drug use contributed to the formation of stigmatized individual and social identities that were deprived of rights and freedoms in the name of public health; and investigate the critical positions and resistance to gnoseological categories and control devices coming from different social fields and from the users themselves. It is worth clarifying that the social and political frameworks that framed the production of drug pedagogies, in their different stages of formation, are understood, according to the sociological perspective of the thesis, as the conditions of possibility of construction of the problem and not as the backdrop where an infinite series of individual dramas unfold. That is why the problem was investigated with the hypothesis that school knowledge and devices on drugs were articulated with the pedagogical processes of citizenship formation. To respond to the research objectives, a case study was carried out. As the study obeys a synchronic-diachronic logic, the data collection strategy was broken down into two parts. Firstly, and with the aim of understanding the continuities and ruptures of drug pedagogies, a genealogy was made through the review of documentary sources such as curricular designs, educational publications, educational programs, protocols and school intervention guides, laws, bills, specific manuals from different state agencies and books produced in different fields. To investigate the current problem, observations and interviews were made with directors, teachers and members of school guidance teams in two secondary schools in the suburbs of the Province of Buenos Aires. Additionally, interviews were conducted with professionals from the public health system who address the problem in order to add information from the articulations between health providers and schools.
