dc.description	Los patrones alimenticios han cambiado de manera significativa, y hoy están determinados por la conciencia ambiental y la preferencia por un consumo responsable. Objetivo: bajo esta premisa se desarrolla el presente artículo, el cual tiene por objetivo determinar si las variables sociodemográficas (sexo, edad, estado civil, lugar de residencia), socioeducativas y sociolaborales tienen influencia tanto en la conciencia ambiental como en el consumo responsable. Introduction: Society's eating habits have undergone a significant change, now determined by environmental awareness and responsible consumption.
