El presente artículo, tiene como finalidad: Analizar la gestión organizacional de las universidades venezolanas desde la perspectiva de la Neuromanagement donde se pretende identificar el tipo de gerencia, examinar el tipo de líder presente y determinar el impacto del neurolíder en las universidades venezolanas. Asimismo, el estudio cuenta con un bagaje teórico de altura que brinda soporte a la investigación. The purpose of this article is to analyze the organizational management of Venezuelan universities from a Neuromanagement perspective. It aims to identify the type of management, examine the type of leader present, and determine the impact of the neuroleader in Venezuelan universities.
