dc.description	Este trabajo tiene como objetivo brindar un análisis general de los planes gubernamentales de desarrollo de IA, repasar sus objetivos, las estrategias, las inversiones y los marcos regulatorios de cada país, con el fin de identificar las tendencias clave y comprender los diferentes enfoques que se están adoptando para aprovechar el potencial de la IA. El análisis comenzará por los países líderes, Estados Unidos y China, continuará por los seguidores, Reino Unido, Alemania, Japón, y finalmente se analizará con más detalle las particularidades del caso Argentino. El estudio busca comprender las estrategias de IA de estos países, evaluar su impacto global en la economía, la población mundial, y el desarrollo global de la tecnología. Esto Implica mapear la diversidad de enfoques posibles, ya que cada país tiene su propio contexto político, económico, social y de desarrollo industrial. A partir de recoger las lecciones aprendidas, identificar las mejores prácticas y los posibles desafíos en la implementación de políticas de IA, se busca examinar el caso de Argentina en profundidad, considerando sus particularidades y desafíos, para contribuir a la comprensión del panorama global de la IA y la formulación de políticas públicas efectivas en Argentina.	es_ES
dc.description	This research work aims to provide a general analysis of government AI development plans, reviewing their objectives, strategies, investments and regulatory frameworks in each country, in order to identify key trends and understand the different approaches that are being adopted to harness the potential of AI. The analysis will begin with the leading countries, the United States, China, continue with the followers, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and finally it will begin to analyze in more detail the particularities of the Argentina case. The study seeks to understand the AI strategies of these countries, evaluate their global impact on the economy, the world population, and the global development of the technology. This involves mapping the diversity of possible approaches, since each country has its own political, economic, social and even industrial development context. By collecting lessons learned, identifying best practices and possible challenges in the implementation of AI policies, the aim is to examine the case of Argentina in depth, considering its particularities and challenges to contribute to the understanding of the global panorama of AI and the formulation of effective public policies in Argentina.	es_ES
