dc.description	El TPP, firmado el 4 de febrero de 2016 por 12 países, es parte del modelo implementado desde mediados de los años ochenta con la creación del GATT, el cual tiene como base la suposición de que el incremento del comercio mundial beneficiará a todos a través de generar crecimiento económico. Pero con la experiencia de la liberalización del comercio a nivel mundial y el TLCAN a nivel regional, en la realidad empírica hemos visto un número decreciente de corporaciones transnacionales con cada vez más poder sobre la economía mundial en general y la producción de los alimentos en particular. En el presente artículo se muestra que, partiendo del mismo texto del Tratado Transpacífico, desde la perspectiva del sector agrícola mexicano, en caso de ser ratificado, el TPP beneficiará a estas mismas transnacionales, profundizando su dominio, además de los granjeros de gran escala, muchas veces altamente subvencionados, que aplican una tecnología de producción intensiva en ninguna manera sustentable desde la perspectiva del medio ambiente.	es_ES
dc.description	The TPP, signed by 12 countries the fourth of February 2016, is a part of the model implemented since the middle of the 80’s with the creation of GATT, which assumes that increased world trade will benefit everyone though generating economic growth. Nevertheless, with the experience from world trade liberalization at an international level and NAFTA at the regional, what we have seen is a number decreasing of transnational corporations which have increasing power in the world economy in general and in the food production in particular. In this article it is illustrated that, based on the actual text of the Transpacific Agreement, from the perspective of the Mexican agriculture, in case of being ratified, the TPP will benefit these same transnational corporations, amplifying their dominance, in addition to the big scale farmers often heavily subsidized applying developed technology on an intense production, in no way sustainable from an environmental perspective.	es_ES
