La mayoría de los analistas se enfocaron en evaluar sus fundamentos legales y constitucionales, así como los impactos en la independencia de este poder estatal. Sin embargo, menos atención recibieron los mecanismos concretos de cambio institucional sobre los cuales han reposado estas iniciativas.	es_ES
