dc.description	La dinámica derivada del agronegocio de flores de exportación, en reemplazo de numerosas haciendas ganaderas de Cayambe, devino en el incremento de residentes en la ciudad homónima y la expansión de su periferia. El propósito de este trabajo consistió en analizar los cambios ocurridos en la ciudad de Cayambe y su entorno rural inmediato, a partir de la implantación del cultivo; junto con una aproximación a las percepciones de quienes los experimentaron, entre 1990 y 2010.	es_ES
dc.description	The dynamics derived from the agribusiness of flowers for export, which replaced numerous cattle farms in Cayambe, led to an increase in the number of residents in the city and the expansion of its periphery. The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes that have occurred in the city of Cayambe and its immediate rural area since the introduction of the crop, together with an approach of the perceptions of those who experienced them, between 1990 and 2010.	es_ES
