dc.description	Este texto diz respeito a uma parte de pesquisa realizada em 2019 em Marechal Cândido Rondon, no Paraná. Neste município ocorrem, anualmente, 20 festas culinárias, ou gastronômicas, nas várias comunidades rurais, ocasiões que envolve muitos moradores dessas comunidades na logística de organização e preparo da comida a ser servida. O objetivo foi o de investigar, analisar e registrar os limites e as potencialidades das referidas festas que, pela importância para o município e seus habitantes, podem ser consideradas como um patrimônio imaterial da cultura alimentar local, por meio das festas que ocorrem no interior, nas linhas rurais.	es_ES
dc.description	This text concerns a part of research carried out in 2019 in Marechal Cândido Rondon, Paraná. In this municipality, annually, 20 culinary or gastronomic feasts take place in the various rural communities, occasions that involve many residents of these communities in the logistics of organizing and preparing the food to be served. The objective was to investigate, analyze and record the limits and potential of the aforementioned feasts, which, due to their importance for the municipality and its inhabitants, can be considered as an intangible heritage of the local food culture, through the parties that take place in rural communities.	es_ES
