dc.description	El Parque Nacional Cordillera Azul ocupa el cuarto lugar según su dimensión a nivel nacional, abarcando los departamentos de San Martín, Ucayali, Loreto y Huánuco, siendo además un Área Natural Protegida destacada por encontrarse dentro de la Lista Verde de La Unión Internacional para la Conservación de la Naturaleza (UICN) por su modelo de gestión participativa con los grupos humanos con actividad antropogénica o interés alguno en su jurisdicción. Entre otro de sus recientes logros, Cordillera Azul es el primer Parque en la nación en adquirir financiación perpetua, el año 2018 por parte de la UICN con lo cual se convierte en sus palabras en “Un Parque Para Siempre”, con un presupuesto que le permitirá cumplir con los objetivos trazados según su documento de gestión. En un contexto de logros e indicadores de éxito cumplidos, surgen voces críticas con respecto a las acciones y desarrollo del parque, por parte de las comunidades nativas Kichwa en la región San Martin. Las comunidades nativas han manifestado su disconformidad con la gestión y administración del Área Natural Protegida, prefigurada desde antes de la colonización española al Perú como territorio indígena, y por lo tanto bajo la administración de ellas mediante acciones políticas y legales. Por un lado, modelo de gestión participativo, por otro lado; espacio geopolítico en el cual se configuran fricciones por el ejercicio de la administración y gestión de usuarios del territorio con derechos adquiridos desde épocas previas a la fundación del Parque y de la República. La presente investigación encuentra como punto de partida el mencionado desencuentro de posturas entre ambos actores sociales señalados, las comunidades y el parque desde su fundación. La contraposición de relatos de un Área Natural Protegida modelo y la disconformidad de un grupo humano conllevará a explorar durante el desarrollo de este texto la influencia de dicho escenario hacia las acciones de una de las comunidades de la región San Martín sobre su futuro. En esa línea, desde el enfoque del desarrollo humano se desglosarán reflexiones sobre las percepciones de la comunidad nativa kichwa Puerto Franco y de la administración del Parque mediante una metodología preponderantemente etnográfica.	es_ES
dc.description	The Cordillera Azul National Park occupies the fourth place according to its dimension at the national level, covering the departments of San Martín, Ucayali, Loreto and Huánuco, being also a Protected Natural Area noted for being on the Green List of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) for its participatory management model with human groups with anthropogenic activity or any interest in their jurisdiction. Among another of its recent achievements, Cordillera Azul is the first Park in the nation to acquire perpetual funding, in 2018 from the IUCN, which in its words becomes "A Park Forever", with a budget that It will allow you to meet the objectives set out in your management document. In a context of achievements and indicators of success, critical voices arise regarding the actions and development of the park, by the native Kichwa communitiesin the San Martin region. The native communities have expressed their disagreement with the management and administration of the Protected Natural Area, prefigured since before the Spanish colonization of Peru as indigenous territory, and therefore under their administration through political and legal actions. On the one hand, participative management model, on the other hand; geopolitical space in which frictions are configured due to the exercise of the administration and management of users of the territory with rights acquired from times prior to the foundation of the Park and of the Republic. The present investigation finds as a starting point the aforementioned disagreement of positions between both mentioned social actors, the communities and the Park since its foundation. The contrasting of stories of a model Protected Natural Area and the disagreement of a human group will lead to explore during the development of this text the influence of said scenario towards the actions of one of the communities of the San Martín region on their future. In this line, from the human development approach, reflections on the perceptions of the Puerto Franco Kichwa native community and the Park administration will be broken down through a predominantly ethnographic methodology.	es_ES
