Esta tesis tuvo como principal objetivo analizar las trayectorias escolares de las personas privadas de libertad, en el Programa de Exploración Pedagógica Educación en Contexto de Encierro del Consejo de Educación Secundaria. Tuvo un enfoque metodológico mixto, un diseño explicativo secuencial, el estudio de caso como método y como técnicas de relevamiento de información análisis documental, entrevistas semi-estructuradas y encuesta. La muestra, intencional, implicó a una UIPPL del interior del país. Se indagó en los mecanismos de protección de las trayectorias en contexto de encierro y en los factores propios del contexto que las facilitaran o dificultaran, tomando como marco la educación en derechos humanos, particularmente en cuanto al cumplimiento de la Accesibilidad. Surgieron como conclusiones: un sistema de protección de trayectorias en privación de libertad debe ser capaz de trascender la individualidad de los establecimientos; el Programa ECE tiene mejores resultados al captar y retener al estudiantado que otros programas fuera del contexto de encierro; hay una relación entre encauzamiento de las trayectorias y la disminución de los efectos de la prisionalización; el colectivo docente emerge como el factor de mayor impacto en la protección de las trayectorias; la dificultad en el registro y disponibilidad de los antecedentes educativos es uno de los obstáculos para el acceso y la continuidad del estudiantado; la prosecución de cursos se ve favorecida por la disponibilidad de tiempo y afectada negativamente por la impotencia ante eventos externos; la institución penitenciaria no se presenta como colaboradora activa en la protección de las trayectorias.The main objective of this thesis was to analyze the school trajectories of people deprived of liberty, in the Education in the Context of Confinement Pedagogical Exploration Program of the Secondary Education Council. It had a mixed methodological approach, a sequential explanatory design, the case study as a method and documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews and a survey as data collection techniques. The intentional sample involved a UIPPL from the interior of the country. The mechanisms of protection of the trajectories in the context of confinement and the factors of the context that facilitate or hinder them were investigated, taking human rights education as a framework, particularly in terms of compliance with Accessibility. The following emerged as conclusions: a system for the protection of trajectories in deprivation of liberty must be able to transcend the individuality of the establishments; the ECE Program has better results in capturing and retaining students than other programs outside the prison context; there is a relationship between the channeling of trajectories and the reduction of the effects of prisionalization; the teaching group emerges as the factor with the greatest impact on the protection of trajectories; the difficulty in the registration and availability of educational background is one of the obstacles to access and continuity of the student body; the continuation of courses is favored by the availability of time and negatively affected by impotence in the face of external events; the penitentiary institution does not present itself as an active collaborator in the protection of trajectories.
