dc.description Since the initial period of the «peace» negotiations between paramilitary groups and the Colombian Government from 2004 to 2007, forced displacement and the continuation of deaths associated with the armed conflict have not diminished. These events and the previous positions show that the political course to deal with conflict and victim reparation is subjected to the ambiguity of «peace» negotiations in the midst of conflict and the contradictions of an approach where the subjects of reparation are absent from the construction of these alternatives. es_ES
