dc.description	Comenzando por dar cuenta del profundo impacto negativo producido por la crisis económica, que ha mermado la participación porcentual de los salarios en la renta nacional y los derechos social-laborales en Europa y América Latina, este ensayo subraya que, lejos de tener un carácter pasajero, la crisis actual revela graves problemas estructurales del modo de organización de las sociedades contemporáneas, cuyo enfrentamiento con seriedad exige un nuevo desarrollo de los derechos sociales que, con el objetivo de garantizar para empezar el derecho a una existencia y, más aún a una existencia digna, coloque a la renta básica como uno de sus ejes históricos prioritarios.	es_EC
dc.description	Initiating with signalize the profound negative impact caused by the economic crisis, which has reduced the percentage share of wages in national income and social and labor rights in Europe and Latin America, this essay stresses that, far from being of temporary nature, the current crisis reveals serious structural problems in organization of contemporary societies, which requires serious confrontation with a new development of social rights, in order to guarantee to begin with the right to live and, even more so, the right to an existence worthy, from the basic income as one of its main historical priority.	es_EC
