| Description: | Este trabajo estudia el proceso de territorialización de Hidroituango, el mayor proyecto hidroeléctrico que se construye en Colombia. Se consideran algunos de los efectos socioambientales que produce, así como las dinámicas e interacciones con el conflicto armado interno en el noroccidente de Antioquia, lugar donde se localiza esta mega obra. Para ello, se analiza, desde el enfoque etnográfico, algunos discursos y ciertas prácticas que la empresa promotora del megaproyecto y determinadas instituciones del Estado promueven para justificar su implementación, pese a las fallas, los riesgos y los conflictos que se configuran en el contexto de la planeación y la ejecución de las obras. This work discusses around the process of territorializing of Hidroituango, the largest hydroelectric project that is being built in Colombia. It considers some of the socio-environmental effects produced by it, as well as the dynamics and the interactions it has had with the internal armed conflict in the Northwest of Antioquia, the place where this megaproject has been localized. For this, it analyzes, from an ethnographical approach, some discourses and practices mobilized by the Company promoting this megaproject and by some State institutions to justify the implementation of this, despite the failures, risks and conflicts that are configured in the context of planning and execution of the works. |
