El proceso de reconocimiento étnico-territorial conseguido por las “comunidades negras” en Colombia a partir de la década de los años 90 del siglo anterior, constituye sin lugar a dudas un hito en el establecimiento de nuevas formas de territorialidad y de coogobernabilidad. Este artículo recoge algunas piezas de esta historia procurando un análisis crítico que permita no sólo describir el proceso, sino rastrear algunos contextos previos que viabilizaron su desarrollo, así como advertir sobre futuras implicaciones en clave lo que significa para el país un proceso de titulación colectiva de tierras.
The process of ethnic-territorial recognition followed by Black communities of Colombia since the 90’s of the last century has become a milestone in the establishment of new ways of territoriality and co-governance. This article collects some pieces of the history of this process aiming at searching for a critical analysis that can allow not only to describe the process but also to drag some previous contexts that enabled its development. This article is also intended to warn about key future implications that a process of collective titling of lands may mean for the country.
