El presente artículo se propone aportar al debate sobre el Estado Nacional Argentino y sus instrumentos de políticas públicas. La profunda crisis del año 2001 y el proceso de reconfiguración del rol del Estado iniciado a partir del año 2003, puso en crisis (entre otras cosas) las diferentes corrientes de pensamiento que hasta ese momento abordan el accionar estatal. Con el objetivo de aportar a este debate, y recuperado parte de los estudios de instrumentos de las políticas públicas, en este artículo desarrollamos el concepto de dispositivo de gestión estatal, en búsqueda de una propuesta de análisis instrumental que nos permita abordar, desde nuestro marco teórico, el accionar estatal.
This article aims to contribute to the debate on the Argentine Government and its policy instruments. The deep crisis of 2001 and the process of reconfiguring the role of the State started from 2003, put in crisis (among other things) the different currents of thought that until then addressed the state action. In order to contribute to this debate, and recovering some of the studies of instruments of public policy, article developed the concept of Device State Management in search of a proposal for instrumental analysis that allows us to address, from our frame theoretical, the state action.
