Description
La búsqueda de ingresos por parte del Estado, impulsó políticas dirigidas al desarrollo de proyectos mineros. Como se documenta en el caso de Intag, la resistencia comunitaria a la implantación de la minería se ha visto reprimida por la activación de un Estado penal que establece medidas punitivas a líderes y organizaciones sociales.
