Description
El objetivo del artículo de investigación es analizar la incidencia de la articulación entre la intervención estatal y la acción empresaria en el desarrollo histórico del sector de software y servicios y servicios informáticos de la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina. Desde la perspectiva de la sociología económica del desarrollo, a través de una metodología cuali-cuantitativa, los resultados sugieren que dicha articulación público-privada permitió la conformación de un ámbito estratégico de acumulación con alto potencial de desarrollo.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the interaction between State Intervention and Business Action in the historical development of the Software and Information Technology sector of the City of Cordoba, Argentina. From the Economic Sociology of Development perspective, across a quali-quantitative methodology, the results suggest that said public-private partnership allowed the conformation of a Strategic Sphere of Accumulation with a high development potential.
