Este texto faz um recorte da dissertação de Mestrado em Direitos Humanos e discute as relações entre os direitos humanos e as migrações atuais. A pesquisa, de caráter qualitativo, realiza-se por meio do método hipotético-dedutivo, e reflete sobre o modo como o direito à solidariedade e empatia podem ser considerados essenciais para a efetividade dos direitos humanos em relação às migrações. A hipótese é de que a partir de um Estado Cidadão efetiva-se a solidariedade e a empatia na sociedade e criam-se condições para que se estabeleça o respeito mútuo entre os cidadãos.
This text makes a cut of the master’s dissertation on Human Rights and discusses the relations between human rights and current migrations. The research, of a qualitative character, is carried out through the hypothetical-deductive method, and reflects on how the right to solidarity and empathy can be considered essential for the effectiveness of human rights in relation to migrations. The hypothesis is that from an effective citizen state the solidarity and empathy in society are created and conditions are established to establish mutual respect among the citizens.
Este texto hace un recorte de la disertación de Maestría en Derechos Humanos y discute las relaciones entre los derechos humanos y las migraciones actuales. La investigación, de carácter cualitativo, se lleva a cabo a través del método hipotético-deductivo, y reflexiona sobre cómo el derecho a la solidaridad y la empatía puede ser considerado esencial para la efectividad de los derechos humanos en relación a las migraciones. La hipótesis es que desde un estado ciudadano efectivo se crea solidaridad y empatía en la sociedad y se establecen condiciones para instaurar el respeto mutuo entre los ciudadanos.
