En este artículo se analiza la configuración de los territorios agrarios del agronegocio en Uruguay para los sectores de la silvicultura, la agricultura de secano y la ganadería vacuna desde una perspectiva de la geografía agraria. Para ello, se realiza una caracterización de las fases del capital, la producción y la circulación de cada uno de los sectores. Los procedimientos empleados fueron análisis bibliográfico, recolección y sistematización de los datos agropecuarios, y producción de cartografía temática a escala país. Las fuentes de datos fueron principalmente las diversas dependencias del Ministerio de Ganadería, Agricultura y Pesca (MGAP).
Our main objective is to analyze the configuration of the agrarian territories of agribusiness in Uruguay for the sectors of forestry, cereal agriculture and cattle farming, from an agrarian geography perspective. For this we carry out a deep characterization of the phases of capital, production and circulation of each of the sectors. The procedures used were, bibliographic analysis, collection and systematization of agrarian data, and production of thematic cartography at country level. The data sources were mainly several dependencies of the Ministry of Livestock Agriculture and Fisheries (MGAP).
