Description
La provincia de Buenos Aires en Argentina ha sido una de las regiones donde el avance de la lógica del agronegocio ha sido más profundo. Sin embargo, es posible encontrar experiencias que persisten o recrean formas alternativas de agricultura. Con base en un relevamiento previo, el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar en profundidad dos experiencias que se desarrollan en distintas localidades de la provincia. Para ello, se caracteriza cada área considerando su producción, estructura agraria y legislación (principalmente aquella referida a la restricción de fumigaciones o el impulso de agriculturas alternativas).
The province of Buenos Aires (Argentina) has been one of the regions where the widespread of agribusiness logic has been more severe. However, it is possible to find cases that try to persist and recreate ways of alternative agriculture. Based on a previous compilation, this paper aim to analyze deeply two cases located in different districts of the province. To address the objective we will describe each area considering its production, agrarian structure and normative (mainly those which refers to fumigation control or the support for alternative cropping systems).
