Description
El desarrollo económico de los países depende de la investigación y la evolución tecnológica. Estos elementos son considerados factores esenciales en la estructuración de sociedades justas y responsables para preservar los recursos y gestionarlos eficientemente. En el ámbito de la investigación, el agente primordial es el investigador científico. Este estudio se enfoca en determinar la cantidad, categoría y género de los investigadores ecuatorianos en diferentes áreas del conocimiento, articulado a un análisis sobre las normativas que rigen a esta profesión en Ecuador.
The economic growth of countries depends on research and maneuver of technologies. They are considered as essential factors in the structure of righteous, responsible and more sustainable societies in order to get the preservation of natural resources and their better management. In the investigation scope, the overriding agent is the scientific researcher. This study aims to quantify the number, category and gender of Ecuadorian researchers in different knowledge areas, articulated to a review about regulations to promote this career in Ecuador.
