Description
A través del ensayo se intenta explicar la importancia que merece la participación ciudadana en el control de la gestión pública para fortalecer la función de gobierno y favorecer el bienestar colectivo de la sociedad, como ejercicio de la soberanía popular. En el texto, se plantean fundamentos teóricos para sustentar los razonamientos presentados y bases jurídicas aplicables en Venezuela para analizar el contexto.
Through trial attempts to explain the importance it deserves citizen participation in monitoring public management to strengthen the role of government and promoting the collective welfare of society, as an exercise of popular sovereignty. In the text, theoretical foundations are raised to support the arguments presented and legal Basis applicable in Venezuela to analyze the context.
