En el marco de la situación real por la que atraviesa el Estado Venezolano, las cooperaciones interinstitucionales surgen como alternativa, a desarrollar a través de las nuevas políticas públicas. El objetivo de este estudio es caracterizar los conceptos de gerencia estratégica y cooperaciones interinstitucionales a fin de aportar nuevos elementos para el fortalecimiento del Estado.
Within the framework of the real situation that the Venezuelan State is going through, inter-institutional cooperation emerges as an alternative, to be developed through new public policies. The objective of this study is to characterize the concepts of strategic management and inter-institutional cooperation in order to provide new elements for the strengthening of the State.
No marco da situação real pela qual passa o Estado venezuelano, a cooperação interinstitucional surge como uma alternativa a ser desenvolvida por meio de novas políticas públicas. O objetivo deste estudo é caracterizar os conceitos de gestão estratégica e cooperação interinstitucional, a fim de contribuir com novos elementos para o fortalecimento do Estado.
