Los pueblos indígenas amazónicos reclaman la delimitación integral de su territorio, que incluye las zonas de caza y pesca, en respuesta a la invasión territorial por parte de las actividades extractivas. Estos pueblos han elaborado propuestas de gestión y ordenamiento territorial. Después de repasar el momento extractivista en el que se encuentra Perú, en este artículo se analizan las propuestas de alternativas registradas en el Atlas de Justicia Ambiental, con base en el parámetro “resultado del conflicto”.
Amazonian indigenous peoples demand the integral delimitation of their territory, which includes hunting and fishing areas, in response to territorial invasion by extractive activities. These peoples have developed management and territorial planning proposals as concrete local alternatives. After reviewing the extractivist moment in which Peru finds itself, the proposals for alternatives registered in the Atlas of Environmental Justice based on the parameter “Result of the conflict” are analyzed. Common features of stalled conflicts that led to successful resistance, albeit temporary, are identified.
