El presente trabajo ofrece una lectura feminista y de desarrollo humano de la mujer para proporcionar una respuesta a diversas interrogantes: ¿Por qué como mujer la tensión movilidad-accesibilidad-calidad de vida se experimenta diferente a la de un hombre? ¿Qué garantiza el goce del espacio público a la mujer de la misma manera que con las demás personas que son partícipes y reclaman dicho espacio?
Por los desafíos que presentan las mujeres en términos de movilidad, es pertinente plantear esta como un área de oportunidad, especialmente por la resonancia que constituye para los objetivos que persigue el desarrollo humano, como el derecho a una vida digna, en el que se incluye el derecho a la ciudad.
This paper offers a feminist and human development reading of women to provide an answer to various questions:.Why as a woman the tension mobility-accessibility-quality of life is experienced differently from that of a man? What guarantees the enjoyment of public space for women in the same way as for other people who participate in and claim said space? Due to the challenges presented by women in terms of mobility, it is pertinent to consider this as an area of opportunity, especially due to the resonance it constitutes for the objectives pursued by human development, such as the right to a dignified life, which includes the right to the city.
