Las relaciones campo-ciudad desempeñan un papel cada vez más importante en las dinámicas territoriales y en la configuración de escenarios futuros para áreas urbanas y rurales. En este artículo, desde una perspectiva territorial, se enfatiza la necesidad de enfoques que trasciendan visiones reduccionistas y logren analizar las múltiples interacciones que impulsan las relaciones campo-ciudad en los países andinos. Esto se vincula con el interés en estudiar escenarios futuros en el contexto de la prospectiva territorial, donde se considera a las relaciones campo-ciudad como parte de la dinámica de sistemas espaciales complejos.
Rural-urban relations play an increasingly important role in territorial dynamics and in the configuration of future scenarios for urban and rural areas. This article, from a territorial perspective, emphasizes the need for approaches that transcend reductionist visions and analyze the multiple interactions that drive rural-urban relations in the Andean countries. This is linked to the interest in studying future scenarios in the context of territorial foresight, where rural-urban relations are considered as part of the dynamics of complex spatial systems.
