Este artículo de investigación expone los resultados de la evaluación a la Superintendencia Nacional de Fiscalización Laboral (SUNAFIL) del país de Perú en el cumplimiento del pago de los beneficios sociales a los trabajadores, siendo el escenario de estudio la Intendencia Regional de SUNAFIL en la región de San Martín. Se trata de una investigación con un enfoque cualitativo, tipo básica y diseño no experimental, teniendo como participantes a los sujetos que intervienen en cada etapa del sistema de inspección de trabajo. Se obtuvo como conclusión que el rol resultó poco significativo para el trabajador siendo un porcentaje mínimo el de los trabajadores beneficiados, ya que, principalmente su rol es de ser un ente fiscalizador y sancionador; imponiendo sólo una multa al empleador de acuerdo a la tabla establecida en el Reglamento de la Ley General de Inspección de Trabajo.
This research article exposes the results of the evaluation of the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection (SUNAFIL) of the country of Peru in compliance with the payment of social benefits to workers, being the scenario of study the Regional Intendency of Sunafil in the region. of San Martin. Research with a qualitative approach, basic type and nonexperimental design, having as participants the subjects that intervene in each stage of the labor inspection system. It was obtained as a conclusion that the role was insignificant for the worker, with a minimum percentage of the workers benefited, since, mainly, their role is to be a supervisory and sanctioning entity; imposing only one fine on the employer according to the table established in the Regu lations of the General Labor Inspection Law.
