Actualmente, en las instituciones educativas se encuentra con apatía y resistencia de los docentes al proceso de formación y capacitación. Esta investigación tuvo como propósito: promover la mediación y la hegemonía de los docentes en la formación de maestría: Un estudio en el Centro de Educación Inicial Libertador durante la pandemia.
Currently, in educational institutions there is apathy and resistance from teachers to the training and training process. The purpose of this research was: to promote the mediation and hegemony of teachers in master's training: A study at the Libertador Initial Education Center during the pandemic.
Atualmente, nas instituições educacionais, há apatia e resistência dos professores ao processo de educação e treinamento. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi promover a mediação e a hegemonia dos professores na formação magistral: Um estudo no Centro de Educación Inicial Libertador durante a pandemia.
