La llamada “gran transición” es un momento histórico en el que la humanidad experimenta un cambio tecnológico exponencial en todas las áreas del conocimiento a partir del desarrollo de la tecnología. En el presente ensayo se busca aportar elementos para analizar los efectos producidos por la pandemia y el cambio tecnológico en la educación tecnológica superior. Además de la transformación tecnológica exponencial, la gran transición se caracteriza por un el consumo generalizado de productos digitales y la emergencia del capitalismo algorítmico.
The so-called “great transtition” is a historical moment in wich humanity experiences an exponential technological change in all areas of knowledge based on an exponential development of technology. This essay seeks to provide elements to analyze the effects produced by the pandemic, technological change and in higher technological education. The great transition is characterized by exponential technological change, the widespread consumption of digital products, and the emergence of algorithmic capitalism.
