| Resumen / Abstract : | Introducción: aunque el narcotráfico ha sido una práctica histórica en el Chaco Paraguayo, las dinámicas sociales cambiaron en los últimos años, generando un orden social híbrido en el que los rectores del narco habrían ganado poder, los grupos indígenas habrían quedado desprotegidos y a merced de los traficantes, y la política se habría desentendido de la comunidad y liberaría zonas para facilitar y proteger el negocio ilegal. Introduction: Although drug trafficking has been a historical practice in the Paraguayan Chaco, social dynamics have changed in recent years, generating a hybrid social order in which drug traffickers have gained power, indigenous groups have been left unprotected and at the mercy of traffickers, and politics has disengaged from the community and freed up areas to facilitate and protect the illegal business. |
