El trabajo aborda el fenómeno de la extorsión telefónica en México, el cual ha experimentado
un incremento notable, siendo la conducta delictiva que ocurre con mayor frecuencia en el país.
En su mayoría, los extorsionadores son reclusos que, sobornando a los custodios, logran introducir
teléfonos móviles a la prisión.
This work deals with the telephone extortion phenomenon in Mexico which has risen notoriously. It is the criminal behavior happening more often in the country. Extortionists are mainly inmates who bribing their custodians introduce mobile telephones to the prison.
