Este artículo se centra en las políticas de gobierno implementadas por Néstor Kirchner para responder a la crisis argentina de 2001-2002, revisando también el desarrollo argentino posterior. Se demostrará, por medio de un estudio de las diferentes áreas de análisis político-económico, que dicho gobierno (2003-2007) puso en marcha un sinnúmero de cambios clave en la política tras el régimen neoliberal de Carlos Menem. Estos cambios facilitaron una nueva trayectoria de desarrollo en Argentina, producto de una construcción deliberada por parte del gobierno de Kirchner, el cual operó bajo circunstancias internacionales favorables.
This article focuses on the government policies implemented by Néstor Kirchner as a response to the 2001-2002 Argentine crisis and reviews the country’s subsequent development. Focusing on the different areas of political-economic analysis, it will demonstrate that the government (2003-2007) launched a number of key policy changes that followed Carlos Menem’s neoliberal regime. These changes provided a new path of development for Argentina and were the product of a deliberate construction by the Kirchner government, which operated under favorable international circumstances.
