Description
La gestión del gobierno de Correa está acompañada de tensiones y conflictos relativos a su necesidad de legitimarse y mantener el flujo del gasto público. La hegemonía de una clase media intelectual emerge como un rasgo que toma perfiles asentados en el diseño y la ejecución de las políticas públicas.
