Description
La matriz de conflictividad social y política en el país, durante el último cuatrimestre, arrastra en lo fundamental los efectos, pugnas y alineamientos de los diversos actores políticos con respecto a su posición frente a los dos nudos problemáticos: el tema de las reformas institucionales propuestas desde la Ley Trole II y la enredada elección del Presidente del Congreso Nacional.
