Description
La ley ecuatoriana en el capítulo correspondiente al abuso a menores, no menciona la palabra incesto. Esta figura queda contenida, sin nombrarla, en la violación. Se piensa al incesto, a pesar de no nombrarlo y solamente ponerlo en evidencia a través de una descripción de la conducta delictiva, como una violación con agravantes. La violación es una acción cometida con el uso de la fuerza, y, si tal cuestión no está presente, tal acto, el incesto, no ha existido.
