La noción de cambio político atrapa bien el sentido del proceso político que se ha abierto en
el Ecuador con el ascenso al poder de Rafael Correa. En Ecuador está operando una fricción
entre las instituciones de gobierno, las organizaciones políticas y los repertorios ideológicos y
culturales. Es en esa fricción en donde se pueden dilucidar los posibles componentes de un
abierto e incierto proceso de cambio.
The notion of political change catches the sense of the political process opened in Ecuador with the election of Rafael Correa. In Ecuador is operating a friction between the institutions of government, the political organizations and the ideological and cultural repertoires. It is in that friction where the possible components of an open and uncertain process of change can be explained.
