Description
La riqueza es una producción social y el problema es organizarla y repartirla. Para que el Estado pueda establecer una repartición y compensación económica, el cuerpo social debe responder como un organismo vivo. Se habla más de "asistencialismo" cuando la sociedad es percibida como heterogénea, de "compensación" cuando hay homogeneidad. Esto supone una unidad, un interés común una historia compartida, una solidaridad, una cultura, una civilización.
