En este trabajo buscamos profundizar la reflexión teórica de las condiciones laborales y de vida de los migrantes a partir del concepto marxista de la superexplotación del trabajo, con la idea de demostrar cómo el uso extremo y violento de los trabajadores inmigrantes apuntala el proceso de acumulación de capital en los países de llegada. La superexplotación del trabajo, el pago de la fuerza de trabajo por debajo de su valor, implica la degradación y pauperización de la reproducción de los trabajadores. Por ello nos parece importante reflexionar más a fondo si opera o no este mecanismo de superexplotación en la dinámica migratoria, en específico teniendo como referente histórico y geoespacial a la migración laboral entre México y Estados Unidos durante el neoliberalismo.
In this paper we seek to study in depth the theoretical reflection about working and living conditions of migrants from the marxist concept of exploitation of labor, with the idea to show how extreme and violent use of immigrant workers shore up the process accumulation of capital in the countries of arrival. The superexploitation of labor, payment of the work force below its value, involves the degradation and impoverishment of the reproduction of workers. Therefore is important to consider whether or not the mechanism of over-exploitation operates in the migration process, taking as reference specific historical and geospatial labor migration between Mexico and the United States throughout neoliberalism.
