El texto efectúa un test de la legitimidad política de la insurrección de abril. Para el efecto se articulan
categorías provenientes de la filosofía política contemporánea con herramientas provenientes
de la sociología política de la protesta. Ello permite una reflexión sobre el lugar de la
insurrección, la resistencia y/o la desobediencia civiles en el marco de sociedades democráticas.
This article accomplishes a test of the political legitimacy in April insurrection. For that matter, some issues have bee taken and articulated from political contemporary philosophy and the political sociology of protest. This work allows us to think deeper about the place of insurrection, the resistance and/or the civil rebellion within democratic societies.
