Este número de la revista está dedicado en su Tema central a la Comunicación Organizacional. En los tiempos que corren, de intensas luchas políticas y simbólicas alrededor de nuevas relaciones de poder, donde la comunicación juega un papel fundamental, se tiende a menospreciar el rol de la comunicación al interior de las organizaciones, posiblemente porque se ha fortalecido una perspectiva de confrontación, que además prioriza perspectivas vinculadas a la ciudadanía, la sociedad civil o sectores marginados de los procesos comunicativos.
