Abstract
Description
In this article, the reader shall find a comparative exercise between the Mexican constitutional framework and the Argentinan one on National Security and Homeland Security issues. The purpose is to verify that there is actually a firm and consistent legal framework for the two countries in these fields, given the importance both types of security have on State-of-Law issues in order to preserve and safeguard each national project.
