La sociedad civil cambió en esta última década y media en la Argentina, así como sus actores y su vinculación con el Estado. ¿Qué nivel de trasformación podemos tomar en cuenta para analizar esta compleja y múltiple relación? Esta problemática, entre otras, es la que se ha propuesto abordar el dossier de este número de la Revista Estado y Políticas Públicas. Lo cierto que el cambio del modelo neoliberal por otro modelo de acumulación, inclusivo y político de rol del Estado, puede ser un punto de partida para analizar las distintas formas de vinculación entre la sociedad civil, los actores y las políticas públicas.
Civil society has changed in the last decade and a half in Argentina, as well as its actors and its relationship with the state. What level of transformation can take into account to analyze this complex and multiple relationship? This problem, among others, is what has been proposed to address the dossier of this issue of the State and Public Policy Magazine. The fact that change the neoliberal model by another model of accumulation, inclusive and political role of the state, can be a starting point for analyzing the various forms of linkage between civil society actors and public policy.
