El presente documento recoge la memoria de tres conversatorios realizados en el marco de la cooperación internacional para el desarrollo en el Ecuador durante el año 2007, concretamente entre abril y junio. Con dichos conversatorios, entre otras cuestiones, se plantea la necesidad de reestructurar y redefinir la cooperación internacional para volverle más eficiente y, sobre todo, para poder articularla al nuevo rumbo político del Ecuador.
