Description
El objetivo del artículo consiste en analizar los factores que inciden en la crisis alimentaria mundial; entre los cuales destaca la financiarización de las materias primas agrícolas y de los alimentos. Son importantes también el desvío de granos hacia la producción de biocarburantes y el declive en el crecimiento de los rendimientos agrícolas. Se señala que las revueltas por hambre han sido históricamente causantes de revoluciones, por lo que hoy la crisis alimentaria es un factor esencial que desestabiliza al mundo en el ámbito de la crisis capitalista internacional.
The aim of the paper is to analyze the factors that affect the global food crisis, where financialization of agricultural raw materials and food stands out. Also important are the deviation of grains to the production of biofuels and the decline in the growth of agricultural yields. It is noted that the hunger riots have historically caused revolutions, so that today’s food crisis is an essential factor that destabilizes the world in the environment of international capitalist crisis.
