Esta investigación tiene como objetivo describir los lineamientos Político-Económicos y Sociales que han impulsado al gobierno Venezolano, a proponer nuevas formas empresariales, en aras de reactivar el aparato productivo del país, la necesidad de diversificar la economía, salir del esquema rentístico – mono productor e impulsar un modelo económico que este basado en el desarrollo endógeno, sostenible, sustentable, de corte humano, participativo y soberano, con administración eficiente de sus recursos para poder generar el impacto deseado.
This researching has an objective to describe economic political and social ways that the president of Venezuela has promoted; to propose new ways of interprises in orden to reactivate productive systems of the country (Venezuela), the needs to diversify the economy, to change the old model of mono-productor and rentistic, and to develop an economical model that is based in the endogenous development, sustainable, of human features, participative, and sovereign, with an efficient administration of its resources to be able to generate the wanted changes.
