Este artículo aborda la temática de la violencia como un régimen de acción y las formas en que los actores la enfrentan. Para ello, se describe un caso concreto en el ámbito escolar en el que los educadores desarrollaron una herramienta denominada “contextualización curricular”, con la que introdujeron cuestiones relativas a sus propias situaciones de violencia en el currículo oficial. El artículo muestra cómo las capacidades críticas de los actores favorecen la lucha contra la violencia a partir de las respuestas creativas que pueden incorporar aun cuando estas parezcan minúsculas. La herramienta, que se encuentra en constante construcción, es el resultado de un proceso de investigación-acción llevado a cabo en la frontera de Ecuador con Colombia, en un centro de la red Fe y Alegría, en el que se visibiliza una tensión entre la estandarización y las prácticas educativas contextualizadas.
This article addresses the issue of violence as a regime of action and the ways in which actors confront it. To this end, it describes a specific case in the school environment in which educators developed a tool called “curricular contextualization”, with which they introduced issues related to their own situations of violence into the official curriculum. The article seeks to show how the critical capacities of actors favor the fight against violence thanks to the creative responses that they can introduce, even if they may seem tiny. The tool, which is under constant construction, results from a research-action process carried out on the border between Ecuador and Colombia in a center of the Fe y Alegría network, in which tension between standardization and contextualized educational practices is visible.
