El presente ensayo propone una reflexión crítica sobre las prácticas de los politólogos y los límites de la politología contemporánea. Para ello, reconstruye, en primer lugar, los principales
elementos que articulan las nociones de comunidad científica de Thomas Kuhn, campo científico
de Pierre Bourdieu y la de arenas transepistémicas de Karin Knorr-Cetina. En un segundo
momento, el texto aplica estos conceptos a la ciencia política contemporánea (con especial referencia a su desarrollo en Argentina)
The aim of this article is to propose a critical reflection on the practices carried out by political scientists and on the limitations of contemporary Political Science. Consequently, the paper reconstructs, in first place, the principal elements that articulate the notions of Scientific Community (Thomas Kuhn), Scientific Field (Pierre Bourdieu), and Trans-Epistemical Arenas (Karin Knorr-Cetina). Secondly, it uses these concepts in relation to contemporary Political Science
