En Argentina, aproximadamente un 13% de la población tiene algún tipo de discapacidad, una condición que implica desigualdades en su participación social. Aunque el marco normativo vigente es muy avanzado en la materia, no logra generar acciones destinadas a cambiar conductas ni generar mejoras en las condiciones de vida de este universo. La población con discapacidad en el país precisa de intervenciones estatales que intenten mitigar las condiciones de asimetría en las que debe desarrollarse, las mismas tienen como consecuencia vulnerabilidad socioeconómica, tales como una baja oferta de trabajo, un menor nivel educativo, mayor necesidad de cuidados y condiciones de fragilidad en su salud. ¿Qué sucede con las personas con discapacidad que trabajan en la APN?
In Argentina, approximately 13% of the population has some type of disability, a condition that implies inequalities in their social participation. Although the current regulatory framework is very advanced in the matter, it fails to generate actions aimed at changing behaviors or generating improvements in the living conditions of this universe. The population with disabilities in the country requires state interventions that attempt to mitigate the conditions of asymmetry in which they must develop, which result in socioeconomic vulnerability, such as a low job offer, a lower educational level, a greater need for care and fragile health conditions.
